Azerbaijani President inaugurates Mugham Center in Horadiz

The head of state cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening and toured the center.

President was told that the construction of the center began by SOCARâ€™s Social Development Department in May, 2010. The three-storey center has been built in the form of tar, the ancient musical instrument of Azerbaijan. It consists of three adjoining buildings.

President and his spouse Mehriban Aliyeva viewed the scheme of the center, following this, they listened to â€œGarabagh shikestesiâ€ performed by â€œGarabaghâ€ instrumental ensemble and youth.

The center has 520-seat summer hall. The building has been supplied with conditioning system, water, modern lighting systems and high-voltage electric generator.

The yard of the center is also destined as a park for peopleâ€™s rest.
