Extraordinary session of parliament ends

APA reports that chairman of the parliamentâ€™s committee for security and defense Ziyafat Asgarov gave information about the document. He said the draft law was perfect and there was no need to work seriously on it.

Speaker Ogtay Asadov said there were proposals to put the draft law after the second reading, in the third reading.
â€œI also support this proposal,â€ he said,

Following the discussions, the draft law was adopted in the second and third readings.

The issues on confirmation of the â€œAgreement between Azerbaijan and Vietnam on visa-free travel of citizens having diplomatic, service passports or official passportsâ€, â€œAgreement between Azerbaijan and Islamic Conference Youth Forum for Dialogue and Cooperation (ICYFDC) to locate the office of the ICYFDC Eurasia Regional Center in Bakuâ€ were put to the vote and adopted. The parliamentarians also confirmed the â€œAgreement of the CIS participating states on cooperation in combating terrorismâ€, document on joining the â€œNairobi Treaty on the Protection of the Olympic Symbolâ€, â€œGeneva Act of the Hague Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Industrial Designsâ€. They also adopted draft laws on partial amendments to the administrative territorial division of Gakh and Zagatala regions, amendments and annexes to the â€œList of Azerbaijani municipalitiesâ€ added to the law on â€œTerritories and lands of municipalitiesâ€.

The draft law on â€œInvestment fundsâ€ was adopted in the first reading, the draft law on â€œPrevention of domestic violenceâ€ in the second and third readings.
