Mazahir Panahov: The results of the monitoring conducted in the constituencies are being investigated

Elnur Mammadli â€“ APA. â€œThe results of the monitoring conducted in the constituencies show that their work is satisfactory,â€ chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC) Mazahir Panahov said, APA reports. He said six groups set up by the CEC had conducted the monitoring. The monitoring covered all 125 constituencies.

Mazahir Panahov said the results of the monitoring were being investigated and would be discussed at the meetings of the CEC. He expressed his gratitude to President for the construction of new buildings for constituencies.
â€œTrainings are held for the members of the election commissions and it has serious influence on their work. The events held within the past two years caused serious changes in their work. Work continues to achieve compliance of the lower election commissions with the international standards,â€ he said.
