Baku. Elbrus Seyfullayev – APA. In today’s sitting of the Azerbaijani parliament it has been offered to cancel the visa regime between Azerbaijan and Turkey. APA reports that MP Gudrat Hasanguliyev made this proposal.

According to Hasanguliyev, Turkey is the only state strongly supporting Azerbaijan in the international arena.
“We offer opportunities for diplomats so that they can travel to Turkey without visa. Necessary conditions should also be created for ordinary citizens. Visa regime should be cancelled with the countries to which our citizens travel most. Our citizens travel most to Turkey. Why hasn’t visa regime been cancelled with this country?” he said.,

The parliamentarian also made a proposal to take steps on refunding the lost Soviet-era bank savings to the persons, who participated in the Great Patriotic War.
“I offer to pass a decision on refunding the Soviet-era bank savings to the veterans on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the victory over fascism. AZN 10 – 15 million is required to refund the savings. This is no so big sum for us,” he said.
