An international film festival of the CIS member states is being prepared, said Tahir Ikhanov, executive director of the Interstate Humanitarian Cooperation Fund of the CIS member states, during his speech at the round table titled "Development of modern film production in the CIS countries" organized by the Ministry of Culture and the special representation of the President of Azerbaijan in Lachin district, APA's correspondent dispatched to Lachin reports.
"Various international film events are held in the CIS member states, and these events give impetus to the development of the film industry. This festival will be a great support to the film industry of the member states," he said.
