A historic Albanian temple located in the village of Garabulag in Azerbaijan’s Oghuz district has been inspected and recorded for possible inclusion in the country’s Register of Historical Monuments, the State Service for the Protection, Development and Restoration of Cultural Heritage under the Ministry of Culture told APA.
The Ministry said the site’s historical and cultural significance formed the basis for the registration. The proposal will be reviewed at upcoming meetings of the Ministry’s Expert Council on the identification of immovable cultural assets.
