Azerbaijani language norms to be improved, vocabulary to be enriched under Culture–2040

The vocabulary of the Azerbaijani language will be enriched, and norms of the Azerbaijani language will be improved, APA reports.

This is reflected in the “Azerbaijan Culture – 2040” Concept of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, approved by an order of President Ilham Aliyev.

According to the concept, Azerbaijani language dialects will be studied, and translation dictionaries will be prepared and distributed from Azerbaijani into the main languages of the United Nations, Turkic languages, and from those languages into Azerbaijani.
