The 16th Uzeyir Hajibeyli International Music Festival, organized by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, is scheduled to take place from September 18 to 28, the Culture Ministry told APA.
The Ministry noted that, in addition to Azerbaijan, renowned performers and ensembles from the United States, Russia, Germany, Spain, Austria, Korea, Türkiye, Brazil, India, and other countries will participate in the festival.
As part of the festival, a series of events, including concerts, performances, exhibitions, scientific conferences, master classes will be held in open-air and closed venues in Baku, as well as in Shusha, Ganja, and several other cities.
The grand opening ceremony of the 16th Uzeyir Hajibeyli International Music Festival will take place on September 18 at 19:00 at the Azerbaijan State Academic Philharmonic Hall.
