Types of license-required activities and state dues released
State Cartography and Land Committee will grant cartography activities, Ecology and Natural Resource Ministry will grant license for burial and maintenance of radioactive ionizing wastes, utilization and neutralization of toxic industrial wastes. The amount of the state dues is AZN 1,100.
Economic Development Ministry will license procurement, processing and sale of nonferrous metals, industrial wastes containing precious metals and stones. The amount of state dues is AZN 2,200. Industry and Energy Ministry will charge those intending to sell oil and gas products AZN 5,500. Health Ministry will license healthcare and pharmacologic activities for AZN 5,500.
The license fee of AZN 5,500 for the production of ethyl alcohol, all kinds of alcoholic beverages has to be paid to the Agriculture Ministry, for the import of alcoholic drinks the license fee is AZN 11,000. The license fee for the sale of these products is AZN 220. The Agriculture Ministry will license the sale of tobacco products for AZN 5,500 and the import for AZN 11,000. The license fee for the sale of these products in the districts and regions is AZN 220.
The license fee of AZN 5,500 for water and air carrying will be paid to the Transport Ministry. Communications and Information Technologies Ministry will license communications services –AZNN 5,000 for wire telephone services, AZN 11,000 for cellular services, AZN 5,000 for radiotrank and wireless phones, AZN 5,000 for organization of domestic telecommunication channels, AZN 11,000 for organization of international telecommunication channels, AZN 8,000 for IP services, AZN 6,000 for transfer of data, AZN 2,500 for express mail.
National Security Ministry will license the activities on the design and production of information protection devices.
The Education Ministry will license nursery schools for AZN 2,500, compulsory schools, technical schools, secondary schools (including lyceums and gymnasiums) for AZN 4,000, and higher universities for AZN 5,500. Labor and Social Protection Ministry will license activities for employment (job-finding) abroad for AZN 2,200. The National Bank will grant license for banks for AZN 22,000, and non-bank credit organizations for AZN 1,100. The Finance Ministry will grant license for non-state pension funds for AZN 11,000 and insurance organizations for AZN 22,000. Those intending to be engaged in audit activities have to pay AZN 2,200 to the Chamber of Auditors.
Economic Development Ministry will license merchandise exchange activities for AZN 11,000.
The license fees of 11,000 for stock exchange and investment fund activities have to be paid to the State Committee for Securities. The Committee will also charge AZN 5,500 professional participants of the stock market (Broker, dealer, management of securities, clearing, depositary, registry of stockholders, trade in stock market).
Finance Ministry will license preparation of report forms, and Interior Ministry will license seal and stamp activities for AZN 2,200.
The license fee of AZN 5,500 for tourism activities will be paid to the Culture and Tourism Ministry. The license fee of AZN 11,000 for the activities of television and radio broadcasting will be paid to the National Television and Radio Council. Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry will grant license for collection of medicinal herbs for AZN 550. The Transport Ministry will grant license for international carrying by auto for AZN 550, and domestic carrying for AZN 110. Health Ministry will license precursor import, export, transit and production for AZN 550.
Culture and Tourism Ministry will grant license hotel and inn activities for AZN 1,500. Emergencies Ministry will license transportation of dangerous goods for AZN 550, use of liquefied gas and natural gas facilities, mountain-mine activities and drilling activities for AZN 2,200, installation and repair of lifts (elevators) for AZN 550, installation and use of side-show (attraction) and installation, repair and adjustment of energy equipment, and installation and use of cranes, engineering equipment, diagnostics of dangerous facilities for AZN 2,500.
The license fee of AZN 3,600 has to be paid to this Ministry for fire protection, production and purchase of firefighting vehicles, trials, installation of fire protection systems, technical repair and service, construction and renovation of fire-fighting buildings and places. /APA/
