ACE chosen TACIS MTP 4 partner in Azerbaijan

National Confederation of the Entrepreneurs (Employers) Organizations of Azerbaijan Republic (AEC) has been chosen as local partner of Tacis MTP 4 in Azerbaijan.
The â€œManagersâ€™ Training Programme IVâ€? (MTP 4) is a Tacis project, financed by the European Union (EU). In total the EU is spending 12 Million Euro on MTP 4. This comprehensive, progressive and sustainable management training programme aims at improving the performance of economic enterprises in the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Mongolia and Azerbaijan. MTP 4 is designed to enhance economic development in these countries by qualifying individual managers and enterprises. It enables them to react adequately to the challenges of profound changes caused by economic reforms and transition to market economy. The programme consists of a number of training components that are all designed to increase the stock of qualified executives in the participating countries. /APA/
