“Fate of the King†large first night held
Movie’s leading actor Fakhraddin Manafov, who gave master classes to other actors, addressed the opening night ceremony. “The film is presented on the eve of 28 May Republic Day and Ilyas Efendiyev’s 95th anniversary. The film is about our history and the history is a biography of nation. There were many painful pages in our history and today we will together look through these pagesâ€.
The actor said nearly 1000 people, including the Defense Ministry’s soldiers and officers, were involved in the movie’s team. The film was demonstrated after the Manafov’s speech.
The film “Fate of the King was produced in “A.S.V.A Profi Studio XXI†producing center and it took two years. The film was directed by Ramiz Fataliyev and Dilshad Fatkhulin and Fatkhulin was also the photography director of the film and film music was composed by Polad Bulbuloglu. Azerbaijani People’s Artist Fakhraddin Manafov gave master-classes to the actors and played a leading part of Ibrahim Khan. Azerbaijani, Russian and Tajik actors featured in the film. The film was shot in Russian Mosfilm’s “Ton Studio†in 5+1 Dolby Stereo used in Azerbaijan for the first time. First screening of the film took place in “Azerbaijan†cinema house last May.
The cutting-edge computer programs were used during the shooting. He said the film was produced according to the order signed by Heydar Aliyev in 2000 to memorialize Ilyas Efendiyev. Asadullayev said “Fate of the King†would be first film to be shown at the Heydar Aliyev Palace after the reconstruction work. “The film is about the history of Azerbaijan and we want every Azerbaijani to see that film. Therefore we are planning to hold first night events two days. The posters and TV announcements are already rolled. The advertising spots will be rolled on the monitors installed in the city from May 10â€.
The ticket of the first night event is 7-10 AZN.
