An increase has been recorded in the prices of major assets in the cryptocurrency market, "APA-Economics" reports, citing the CoinMarketCap platform.
The price of Bitcoin rose by 0.91% over the past 24 hours to $68,332.
The cryptocurrency’s market capitalization is estimated at $1.36 trillion.
Meanwhile, Ethereum, the second-largest cryptocurrency in the market, increased by 2.43% over the day, reaching $2,013.
Among other major crypto assets, the price of BNB rose by 1.44% to $629, while Bitcoin Cash increased by 0.02% to $450.
Among privacy-focused cryptocurrencies, Monero gained 1.38%, reaching $350, while Zcash increased by 6.06% to $207.
At the same time, the price of the Bittensor token, one of the artificial intelligence-based projects, rose by 10.78% to $196.
However, a decline was recorded in crypto assets linked to the price of gold. The price of PAX Gold fell by 1.15% to $5,116, while Tether Gold decreased by 1.32% to $5,075.
According to the report, the total capitalization of the cryptocurrency market increased by 0.81%, reaching $2.33 trillion.
Analysts say the growth observed in the market is linked to stronger buying activity in major cryptocurrencies and increased investor interest in riskier assets.
