The total capitalization of the global cryptocurrency market increased by 2.27% over the last 24 hours, reaching $2.16 trillion.
The price of Bitcoin (BTC), the largest cryptocurrency in the market, rose by 2.13% over the past 24 hours to $62,860. However, BTC's price has declined by 14.3% over the last seven days.
The price of Ethereum (ETH) increased by 4.83% over the past 24 hours to $1,663, while BNB gained 3.32%, reaching $597. During the same period, Monero (XMR) rose by 3.95% and Bittensor (TAO) by 3.87%.
Among gold-backed digital assets, PAX Gold (PAXG) increased by 0.23% to $4,310, while Tether Gold (XAUt) rose by 0.05% to $4,297.
The value of the CoinMarketCap 20 Index (CMC20) also increased by 2.79% over the last 24 hours, reaching 126.97 points.
Note that the rise observed in the market over the past 24 hours is attributed to investors returning to buying after the sharp sell-offs seen in previous days and a partial recovery in risk appetite. At the same time, CoinMarketCap's Fear & Greed Index remains at 15 points, indicating that a high level of caution still persists in the market.
