"At COP, responsibility is not only that of the host country but also a shared responsibility of global leaders," Nobel Peace Prize laureate Aleksey Kokorin said in an interview to APA.
"Every COP consists of three components. The adoption of official decisions is just one of them. There is one unchanging rule for every COP: no results can be achieved before all parties make decisions on everything," he said.
"Secondly, there are meetings of ministers and high-level officials. These people talk about concrete financial figures. Thirdly, there are companies, organizations, financial institutions, and NGOs. These entities establish new partnerships and create connections between people," he emphasized.
