Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has stated that there is no alternative to peace with Azerbaijan and emphasized the importance of strengthening it at the institutional level, News-Armenia reports.
He said that his main priority as head of government is to ensure irreversible and long-lasting peace.
He noted that a peace agreement with Azerbaijan must be signed and ratified. The Prime Minister drew attention to the importance of ensuring long-term peace against the backdrop of global developments.
"When we look at what is happening in the world, we understand that the world order is actually collapsing. Fortunately, we have managed to achieve peace during this period. However, our task is to turn two years of peace into 20 years, one year into 200 years, and 200 years into 400 years or longer," the Armenian Prime Minister stated.
