Baku – APA. OSCE/ODIHR Election Observation Mission issued the third post-election Interim Report on the presidential elections in Armenia, APA reports quoting news.am. The report includes some moments that cast doubt upon the results of the elections.

The report noted that the mission had analyzed official numbers announced by the Central Election Commission: ‘The analysis of official results shows a correlation between very high turnout and the number of votes for the incumbent. This raises concerns regarding the confidence over the integrity of the electoral process’. In the third interim report, observers intimate that the number of voters participating in the polling was increased artificially and the increased votes were written in favor of Serzh Sargsyan.

The OSCE/ODIHR will issue a comprehensive final report approximately two months after the completion of the electoral process.
