Baku – APA. In the first ten months of this year Armenia received 4,237 metric tons of humanitarian aid worth more than 21.1 billion drams or $52.9 million, according to the National Statistical Service, which cited the figures provided by the State Revenue Committee, APA reports quoting ARKA news agency.
It said of the total aid some 30.6% were chemical and related products, 22.7% were overland, aerial and water vehicles, 9.3% were textiles, 9% were miscellaneous goods, 8.8 % were instruments and apparatus, 7.9% were machinery and equipment and 19.6% other goods. Humanitarian aid comes mainly from the USA, China, Switzerland, Iran, Germany, France, Italy and the CIS.
