Moscow-APA. Russian prosecution office dropped an inquiry of Emperor Nicholas II and his family execution arguing it can be continued only in that case if bodies found near Yekaterinburg confirmed not to belong to the tsar’s family, APA reports. The criminal case was launched after bodies of Nicholas II, his wife Alexandra Fyodorovna, their three daughters, the family doctor and several servants were found in Sverdlovsk Region, Russia in 1991. All of them were executed by Bolsheviks on Julay 17, 1918. Bodies of the Emperor’s younger daughter Maria and son Alexei were found later in 2007 near Yekaterinburg. According to the investigation materials, verbal decision on execution of tsar’s family was made by the Ural Political Council and the government was informed about that. There was no official decision on the execution of tsar’s family.
