Serzh Sargsyan said at the Royal Institute of International Affairs that Armenia tries to insure itself against the results of the situation in case Yerevan ratifies, Ankara rejects the protocols.
“As the leader of the party holding most of the seats in the parliament I assure you that the protocols will be ratified. But the Turkish government does not guarantee and says that the parliament of the country is an independent institution,†he said.
