Note that, Mkrtchyan and Paxchanyan, along with other 6 Armenian students participated in beating of their fellow student from Azerbaijan Ali Aslanli.
Other students were not punished, but only given severe reprimand continuing their education.
Note that, Armenian students used to beat and tease Ali Aslanli for a long time. Future doctors called all the Azerbaijanis living in Russia to return to their country and insulted them sharply.
Rector N. Volodin said Ali Aslanli already left Moscow City Polyclinics N-33.
According to him, about 100 Azeri students are currently studying at the RSMU. 70 of them are Russian citizens.
