Iranian religious figure poisoned from carbon monoxide in Rustavi

Tbilisi. Nizami Mammadzadeh – APA. Head of Tbilisi-based “Iman” organization Agayi Amin Azimi poisoned from carbon monoxide in his house in Rustavi, APA’s Georgia bureau reports. Criminal case has been launched on the fact, investigation is underway. Iranian embassy in Georgia confirmed the information to APA.
Though the experts have not made an official statement, the embassy supposes that Agayi Amin Azimi poisoned from carbon monoxide.
Agayi Amin Azimi was famous among the Georgian Azerbaijanis as a religious scholar and hafiz. He was married, had a daughter and a son.
