Baku – APA. Armenian Constitutional Court will discuss the protocols signed with Turkey on January 12, 2010, said spokesman for the Constitutional Court Ovannes Papikyan, APA reports quoting NEWS.am. He said Judge Vladimir Ovannisyan would make report on the issue. Ovannisyan already investigated the documents and submitted his personal opinion to the chairman of the Constitutional Court Gagik Arutyunyan.
The protocols were signed on October 10, 2009 in Zurich, Switzerland. According to the Constitution, president of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan sent the protocols to the Constitutional Court. If the Court gives positive opinion, the protocols will be submitted to the parliament.
