Unknown people killed imam in Dagestan

Khasavyurt – APA. Imam of Bavtugay village of Dagestan’s Khasavyurt region was killed by unknown people, APA reports. 34-year old imam was attacked on his way from the mosque to home after the evening prayer. He was seriously wounded and died on the way to hospital. Police investigated the motives of the incident. Three terrorists were killed during the operation in Khasavyurt town. Police declared anti-terror regime in the center of the town and surrounded the house where the terrorists hided. The people inside resisted to police. One of the killed persons was a leader of the terrorist group Arslan Egizbayev, 30. Two automatic guns, hand grenades and other ammunitions were found at site.
