Armenian officer beats soldier to death

Yerevan – APA. 18-year old conscript of the Armenian army Aram Mkrtchyan, who was deadly beaten by his commander in Vayk, Armenia, died at hospital, APA reports. The soldier, who didn’t receive first medical aid for several hours, was taken to the hospital by his fellow soldiers. Captain Andok Galstyan, who beat the soldier, was arrested. He is accused in exceeding of duties and is under the investigation.
