Baku. Vahab Rzayev – APA-ECONOMICS. The Dow Jones industrial average rose 0.5% to end at 13,252. The Standard & Poor's 500 index gained 0.6% to 1,444. The Nasdaq composite index also jumped 0.2% to end at 3,050.
In Europe, the UK’s FTSE was down 0.1% to settle at 5,958, Germany’s DAX rose 0.1% to settle at 7,672, France’s CAC - 0.1% to settle at 3,667.
The yellow metal’s December futures dropped 1.6% to $1,641.9 an ounce.
In world market, euro exchange rate against the dollar makes $1.3200 (-0.2%).
