Dow Jones rises 3.07%, S&P 500 â€“ 2.96%, Nasdaq â€“ 3.51%

Baku â€“ APAâ€“Economics. The Dow Jones industrial rose 3.07% to 8616.21 in the US stock exchange on July 15. S&P 500 rose 2.96% and reached 932.68. The Nasdaq rose 3.51% to 1862.90.

According to APA-Economics, corporative news based on the analystsâ€™ reports had an impact on the exchanges. Intel gained 7.3%, Advanced Micro Devices Inc. â€“ 8.7%, Google Inc. â€“ 3.2%, Microsoft Corp â€“ 4.4%, Cisco Systems â€“ 5.8%.

In the European markets, UK’s FTSE 100 rose 2.57 percent, to close at 4346,46 France’s CAC-40 â€“ 2.90 percent, to close at 3171.27, Germany’s DAX index â€“ 3.07 percent, to close at 4928.44.

Alcatel-Lucent shares rose 11%, Infineon Technologies AG and Swiss STMicroelectronics â€“ respectively 8.1% and 7.3%. In the financial sector, Deutsche Bank gained 3.5%, Barclays â€“ 4.7%, HSBC â€“ 4%, Banco Santander â€“ 4.2%, Societe Generale â€“ 4.2%, Credit Suisse â€“ 2.6%.

The dollar price against euro was 1.4074 (+0.67%).
