Baku-APA. Six people were killed on Tuesday morning when a small plane crashed in Yonne in central eastern France, APA reports quoting XInhua.

The accident took place around 11:30 a.m. local time, when a small business plane connecting Annecy in southeastern France and Toussus-le-Noble in central northern France, crashed near the village of Mouffy, local television France 3 Bourgogne reported.

The TBM-700 plane, made by French constructor Socata and registered in the U.S., was pulverized, killing its six passengers, according to RTL radio.

Authorities are looking into the cause of the accident.
