Philippines storm death toll rises to 155, 129 people received injuries

Tropical storm Nalgae has killed 155 people in the Philippines. This was announced on November 5 in a report by the National Council for the Prevention of Risks and Elimination of Natural Disasters, APA reports.

In total, more than 4.23 million people were hit by the elements, of which more than 1.01 residents of the Philippines are in evacuation centers. At least 129 people received injuries of varying severity, and 34 more people are missing. In total, 1.53 thousand incidents were registered in 13 regions of the Philippines associated with the consequences of the passage of a tropical storm through the country.

The elements damaged about 25 thousand houses, of which 3 thousand buildings were completely destroyed. In addition, 503 roads and 119 bridges were damaged. Until now, power outages remain in 107 settlements, 38 municipalities still have problems with communications, and 11 with water supply.
