"All Azerbaijani people and the state want to help Turkiye," said Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov at a joint press conference with Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Çavuşoğlu, APA reports.
The minister said that thousands of volunteers want to come to Turkiye and help with rescue works:" This is a very difficult process and should be done systematically. Today, Azerbaijani volunteers will come to this region in groups."
Jeyhun Bayramov noted that, as President Ilham Aliyev declared, Azerbaijan will stand by Turkey in restoring the earthquake region.
