Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz and German Defense Minister Christine Lambrecht had a telephone conversation, Israeli defense minister wrote on Twitter account, APA reports.
"Today we discussed with German Defense Minister Christine Lambrecht international efforts to support Ukraine and its citizens. We also discussed ways to expand bilateral defense and industrial cooperation and agreed to meet soon in Israel," he said.
Benny Gantz said he also discussed the ongoing nuclear talks with Iran with his German counterpart. "I stressed that Israel will also support its partners as it prepares to defend itself against possible threats."
