Children Philharmonic Society to be established in Nakhchivan

Nakhchivan. Gurbanoglu-APA. Children Philharmonic Society will be established basing on schools of music, art and artistic skill in Nakhchivan, APAâ€™s local bureau reports that the work will be underway from this year. The project will be realized within the framework of plan of measures regarding declaration of 2009 as Year of Children.
Press service of Supreme Majlis (Parliament) told APA that the order of Chairman of the Supreme Majlis (Parliament) of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Vasif Talibov signed on February 14, 2009 on approval of plan of measures regarding declaration of 2009 as Year of Children envisages creation of information blank about talented children, preparation of proper proposals analyzing collected information, organization of the conference on impact of mass media on childrenâ€™s behavior in May.
The plan of measures covers establishment of Children-Youth Creative Center, Chess School, Maternity Hospital, strengthening material and technical basis of medical centers to provide children with stationary service , opening of cytogenetic laboratory for the purpose of inherited and genetic disease prevention in May-June.
