At the moment the US is not going to send its instructors to Ukraine to train Ukrainian soldiers, says General Charles Brown, Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, following the results of a meeting of the Contact Group for Ukraine’s Defence (Ramstein format), said Charles Brown, Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, APA reports citing European Pravda.

Brown noted that while US military instructors were present in the territory of Ukraine before Russian full-scale invasion of Ukraine, "that’s not the case right now".

"We will be able to do that eventually once this conflict is over and we are in a better place, then I would suspect that we would be able to bring the trainers back in, but right now there are no plans to bring US trainers into Ukraine," he noted.
