United States National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan said on Friday that President Joe Biden discussed with his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky the supply of the MGM-140 Army Tactical Missile System (ATACMS), APA reports citing Teletrader.
"Whether we will ultimately give ATACMS or not will be a decision for the president to make," Sullivan told a gathering at the Aspen Security Forum, adding that both leaders have not reached a final word about this topic.
The ATACMS is a surface-to-surface missile manufactured by Lockheed Martin, with a range of 300 kilometers, and can be fired from multiple rocket launchers, including MLRS and HIMARS.
