Trump's approval rating is reportedly at 45% at the end of the first quarter of his presidency

After the first quarter of his second term as US president, Donald Trump's approval rating is 45%, APA reports, citing the results of the The Hill Gallup poll.

At the end of the first quarter of his first presidential term, the same rating was 41%.

It is noted that from 1952 to 2020, the average rating of US presidents in the first quarter of their powers is 60%.

11% of respondents do not trust Trump very much, 14% trust him "somewhat", and 30% trust him "completely". The rest of the respondents did not form an opinion on this issue.

The survey found that 44% of Americans do not trust Trump's ability to improve the country's economic situation.

The survey was conducted from April 1 to 14 among 1,006 US adults with a margin of error of 4 percentage points.
