Twitter owner Elon Musk announced on Sunday that the x.com domain now redirects users to the social media site, adding that the logo of the social network will be updated by the end of the day, APA reports citing Teletrader.
This follows his earlier announcement of plans to rename Twitter to X, with the letter X replacing the iconic bird in the logo.
Earlier this year, Musk founded a new company called X Corp. and subsequently merged Twitter into this new entity. As part of the merger, the social networking site has been integrated into the operations and structure of the company.
