Over the course of the past nine years of this year, most of the appeals made to the State Committee for Family, Women and Children's Affairs had to do with non-fulfillment of court verdicts (19.3%), particularly those pertaining to non-payment of alimonies, deciding who the children should stay with, deprivation of communication with the child, relocation to the home, etc., Elgun Safarov, head of the Department for Information and Analytical Research at the State Committee, said Wednesday, APA reported.
Safarov noted that most appeals to the State Committee have to do with non-payment of alimonies.
“All the appeals are considered and necessary measures are taken. It would be better if citizens make their appeal in accord with powers of relevant state bodies,” he said, adding that most appeals are positively solved.
