Qualified doctors and medical experts of the Justice Ministry’s Main Medical Department have always been sensitive about the issue related to the health condition of Akif Chovdarov, the imprisoned former head of the main energy and transport security directorate under the liquidated Ministry of National Security (MNS), the head of the Justice Ministry’s human rights and public affairs department, Faig Gurbanov, told APA on Wednesday.
“There is fully responsible approach to this issue. Requests never go unanswered,” he said.
Earlier, Chovdarov’s lawyers complained that their requests had not been answered by the Justice Ministry.
