According to the new examination model, applicants will take part in the competition for admission to higher education institutions on the basis of the total number of points scored at the final and entrance exams, said Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the State Exam Center Maleyka Abbaszadeh, APA reports.
“However, it is difficult to announce the schedules of final and entrance exams to be held in two years,” she mentioned.
She said that, according to the new model, final examinations, as in previous years, will be held once a year. However, applicants will be given the opportunity to participate in entrance exams several times.
Abbaszadeh noted that the schedules of final and entrance exams to be held in 2019 will be announced in early year.
