Baku. Konul Kamilqizi – APA. "Drug importers’ appeal to the Cabinet of Ministers in connection with the change of manat rate of manat has already found a positive solution, Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Ali Ahmadov said, APA reported.
Ahmadov said that certain changes in the exchange rate of manat have caused some problems.
Noting that the issue has been resolved in a timely manner, Ali Ahmadov stressed that companies importing drugs on the basis of the established rate, excluding currency changes, relevant government and financial institutions provided funds to ensure that bring medication to Azerbaijan without any financial constraints.
"Yes, it’s solved issue. The mechanism has been developed already. We hope that in the future no major changes will happen to the exchange rate of manat. Even in case of a significant change in manat rate, drug importers will not face serious problems. This mechanism has already been formed,” he said.
