Baku. Konul Kamilgizi – APA. Azerbaijan’s Minister of Education Mikayil Jabbarov has commented on the statement made by Maleyka Abbaszade, chairperson of the Board of Directors of the State Exam Center that entrance examinations may be paid in Azerbaijan in the future.

The minister said this issue should be discussed first, noting that as the newly-created State Exam Center is a legal entity, it should have necessary conditions for the activities.

“It should be specified how the services rendered by the center is to be funded. The ministry will reveal its official position in this regard after being appealed,” he said.

The minister added that access to education should be also considered.

“The government will pass a decision in this regard. The issue has not yet been discussed. I am sure that we would find a solution to the issue along with Maleyka Abbaszade and others,” said Jabbarov.
