“There are over 5 million cards in the bank cards market in the country. The majority of these cards are social payment cards applied by the state. For example, the State Social Protection Foundation has given cards to pensioners, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population to those who are receiving social assistance and the State Committee for Work with Refugees and IDPs to this type of people. We think if a unified social payment card is applied, the situation may become easier. These issues are being considered.”
