The ministry told APA that regardless of subordination and types of property of higher education institutions, transfer of undergraduate students and change of specialties will be realized via transfer.edu.az e-portal of the Ministry of Education.
Under the order, the transfer to higher education institutions and change of specialties can also be realized under the procedure prescribed in the “Rules of transfer, exception, restoration and granting of the academic vacations trained on levels of the bachelor and the master of higher educational institution” approved by the Order #194 of the Education Minister of Azerbaijan on February 14, 2014.
