"The safety of this vaccine has been guaranteed by the WHO. It was produced in France and is the most widely used vaccine in the world. Parents can have their babies vaccinated with complete confidence. In particular, babies must be vaccinated after 6 months. Severe course of the illness, including pneumonia, is observed in children. Since children's immune systems are not fully developed, they get infected with the flu quickly. It is recommended to vaccinate children starting from 6 months of age," he said.
Zakir Guliyev noted that it is not recommended to get vaccinated against the flu during illness: "Vaccination can be done after the illness has fully recovered and symptoms have disappeared. So far, no serious adverse effects have been identified from the vaccines. Mild effects such as redness, fever, etc. can occur. Additionally, people with allergies, especially those allergic to eggs, are not advised to get vaccinated against the flu."
