The Food Safety Agency of Azerbaijan recommends that children under the age of 18 should not be sold energy drinks. The drinks cause huge damage to our gene pool,” the MP Ganira Pashayeva told at the plenary session of Azerbaijani Parliament today, ONA reports.
G. Pashayeva stated that energy drinks are widely sold around schools: “If the Food Safety Agency is in this opinion, let's consider the issue. Legitimately ban the sale of energy drinks to children under 18 and envisage of criminal liability should be considered."
