Draft law on approval of the agreement on social security between the government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the government of the Republic of Serbia has been discussed at the meeting of the Azerbaijani Parliament, APA reports.
The draft says that this agreement does not apply to military servicemen and persons who are equal to them in pension provision, their family members, as well as to other categories of employees and their family members for whom special pension provision norms are determined by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as the cases of automatic determination of pension.
The draft law was put to vote and adopted in a single reading.
