"There are 104 individual houses in Chapar village of Aghdara. Of these, 41 are uninhabitable and 63 are partially habitable. Forty of the houses are already ready for use. During the year, an additional 23 houses will be restored. The information states that many works have been carried out in the village to address social issues. Specifically, 3 existing transformers and an electricity line have been restored, new electricity, gas, and communication lines have been installed, a water supply network has been created, and water reservoirs have been restored. Intra-village roads nearly 6 kilometers long have been rebuilt. A newly established park in the village will also be made available for residents’ use.

Note that Chapar village is located in the Imaret Garvand administrative-territorial unit of the Aghdara district, on the southeastern slope of the Karabakh mountain range. There are architectural monuments such as a fortress and a temple in the area. Chapar village was liberated from occupation as a result of the anti-terror operation carried out by the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan in 2023.

President Ilham Aliyev familiarized himself with the works carried out in Chapar village of the Aghdara district on January 13.
