On October 29, another return took place to the village of Hasanriz in the Aghdara district, the Public Relations Department of the Service for Reconstruction, Construction, and Management in the city of Khankendi, and the districts of Aghdara and Khojaly told APA’s Karabakh bureau.
In this phase, 17 families consisting of 83 people have returned to the village of Hasanriz.
Residents were informed about the conditions created in the village and were told that all necessary infrastructure — water, gas, electricity, and internet supply — has been fully restored in Hasanriz village. Necessary measures are being taken to ensure the comfortable living, social well-being, and employment of the residents.
Thus, with this phase of relocation, a total of 205 families, that is, 764 people, have been permanently settled in the village of Hasanriz in Aghdara.

The next resettlement convoy has departed for the Hasanriz village in the Aghdara district, APA’s Karabakh bureau reports.
The families moving to Hasanriz had previously been temporarily settled in various parts of the country, mainly in dormitories, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings.
In this stage, 17 families — a total of 83 people — have been relocated to the village.
