On September 13, the first resettlement convoy sent to the village of Dashbulag in the Khojaly district reached its destination, the Public Relations Department of the Restoration, Construction, and Management Service in the city of Khankendi and the districts of Aghdara and Khojaly told APA.
13 families consisting of 67 people were presented with the keys to individual houses built in accordance with modern standards.
Sabuhi Gahramanov, the Deputy of the Special Representative of the President in the city of Khankendi and the districts of Aghdara and Khojaly, informed the residents that infrastructure in the village — including drinking water, electricity, gas lines, roads, and other necessary social facilities — has already been made available.
The residents returning to Dashbulag also expressed their gratitude for the attention and care shown to them.

In accordance with the Great Return plan, the first resettlement convoy has departed for the village of Dashbulaq in the Khojaly district, APA’s Karabakh bureau reports.
In the initial phase, 13 families comprising 67 residents are being relocated to Dashbulaq village.
It should be noted that the families moving to the village had been temporarily settled in various parts of the country, mainly in dormitories, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings.
