Cold weather forecasted on February 2, 2009

Baku. Ilhama Isabalayevaâ€“APA. Unstable, cold weather is forecasted in Azerbaijan during February, National Hydrometeorological Department of Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry told APA.
It will rain in first and second ten days. The temperature will be lower than normal at the beginning of the month.
Monthly average temperature will be 3-4 degrees in Absheron and Baku during February and it is close the climate norm and lower than norm. The temperature will be 1-3 degrees at night, 0-4 degrees frost in separate days. Temperature will be 6-11 degrees in daytime, 2-5 degrees early in month. Amount of monthly rainfall is forecasted to be above norm (21-24 mm).
Monthly average temperature will be 2-4 degrees frost in Nakhchivan and it is close to the norm and lower than the norm. The temperature will be 8-13 degrees at night, 18-23 degrees frost in some days. The temperature will be -2â€¦ 3 degrees in daytime, 5-8 degrees frost in several days. Amount of monthly rainfall will be close to climate norm (23-35 mm).
Average monthly weather temperature in Gazakh-Ganja, Tartar, Aghdam-Fuzuli-Jabrail regions is expected to be 0â€¦+3 C, which is close or some lower than the climate norm. In the nights the temperature will be -3â€¦+2 C, on separate days -8..-5 C. The daytime temperature is expected to be +3â€¦+5 C, on separate days -2â€¦0 C. The monthly rainfall will be higher than the climate norm (15-36 mm) and some higher.
In Balakan-Shaki-Zagathala-Gabala, Shamakhi-Ismayilli, Khizi, Siyazan-Davachi, Guba-Gusar-Khachmaz regions, the average monthly weather temperature is expected to be -2â€¦+1 C, which is close and some lower than the climate norm. The temperature will be -5â€¦-2 C in the nights, on separate days -17â€¦-12 C. The daytime temperature will range from -3 to +2 C, on the separate days +5â€¦+7 C. Monthly rainfall will be higher than normal (24-55 mm).
In the Central Lowland regions â€“ Mingachevir, Yevlakh, Kurdamir, Imishli, Beylagan, Sabirabad, Shrivan, Salyan, Neftchala, the average monthly temperature is expected to be +2â€¦+4 C, which is close or some lower than the climate norms. The temperature is expected to be -2â€¦+2 C in the nights, on the separate days -5 C, and the daytime temperature will be +7â€¦+11 C, on the separate days +2â€¦+5 C. The monthly rainfall is expected to be higher than the climate norm (21-35 mm).
In Masalli-Lankaran-Astara- Lerik-Yardimli regions, the average monthly temperature is expected to be +3â€¦+4 C, which is close or some lower than the climate norms. The temperature is expected to be +1â€¦+3 C in the nights, on the separate days -6â€¦-4 C, and the daytime temperature will be +5â€¦+7 C, on the separate days +1â€¦+3 C. The monthly rainfall is expected to be higher than the climate norm (44-105 mm).
