Parliament to continue discussing bill on education at next sitting

Baku. Elbrus Seyfullayev – APA. The parliament discussed the bill on education at the second reading. APA reports that Chairman of the Parliament’s Standing Commission on Science and Education Shamsaddin Hajiyev presented the bill. He said that the document had been seriously worked out. Education Minister Misir Mardanov said he supported the project. The minister said it was the framework law, and added that a number of other laws on education would be adopted after the adoption of the bill.
The parliamentarians noted that there were expression mistakes in the law and there was a need to specify the terms. The parliament will continue discussing the bill on December 30.

The bill on education was discussed at the meeting of the standing commission on science and education and was recommended to the parliament’s discussion.
The bill on education passed the first reading.
